Abstract
This Order amends the Trap Fishing Regulation, approved by Order No. 1102-D/2000 of 22 November, as regards to Velvet crab fishing with traps of mesh size 8-29 mm. Amendments establish that during the period from 1 January to 30 April all species carrying eggs of Velvet crab (Necora puber) which are caught, must be discarded and returned to the sea and may not be kept on board, transshipped, landed, transported, stored, exhibited or sold.
