Abstract
This Order according to Decree-Law No. 278/87, amended by Decree-Law No. 218/91 of 17 June and No. 383/98 and under the powers delegated by the Minister of Agriculture and the Sea, the Government establishes to reopen up to 31 December 2014, Alfonsinos fishing (Beryx spp.) to be carried out by the Portuguese fleet in the North Atlantic in Divisions III, IV, VI, VII, VIII, IX, XII and XIV defined by the International Council for the Exploration of the Sea.
