Abstract
This Order establishes for the year 2020, an exceptional regime for the capture of by-catch species in purse-seine fisheries, in relation to provisions of art. 7 of the Purse seine fishing Regulation, approved by Order No. 1102-G/2000 of 22 November, as amended. It specifies that exceptionally, vessels licensed for Purse seine fishing and subject to the obligation to fill in a fishing logbook are allowed to land on each trip for a limit of 20 trips until the end of 2020, a percentage of accessory species greater than 20%. The provisions of the previous number are effective until 31 December 2020.
