Abstract
This Order, amends Order No. 105/2018 establishing permitted animal species to be caught in the period 2018-2021 and fixes related seasons, processes, etc. Amendments establish that during the hunting season 2018/2019, except for wild boar, hunting is not permitted on the land located within the area which suffered the great fire occurred in the municipalities of Monchique, Odemira, Portimão and Silves, as well as in a protection range of 250 metres around it. It is incumbent upon the Institute for the Conservation of Nature and Forests, I. P., to disclose on its website the map with the area where hunting is not allowed, as well as the hunting areas. In 2019 associative and tourist hunting areas whose land is covered shall be exempt from the annual fee. This exemption shall be calculated by ICNF, I.P., according to the area covered by paragraph 4 as of 1 January 2019 and published on its website.
