Abstract
This Order establishes for 2015, a period of ban on fishing by trawling vessels licensed for 55-59 mm mesh in order to reduce fishing effort for the crustaceans. Notwithstanding the general and specific conditions for access, the shipowners and fishers of vessels covered by this Order benefit from the support regime for temporary cessation of fishing activities, provided for in Regulation approved by Decree No. 263-A/2015.
