Abstract
This Order establishes specific restrictions for sardine fishing, in particular in order to regulate its fishing, control the keeping on board, landing and trade. It consists of 4 articles establishing maximum quota and prohibiting the aforementioned fishing activity during the week-ends within the waters under national jurisdiction and between February and March to the north of Figueira da Foz. It specifies the geographical coordinates of the said fishing area, establishing seasons and maximum 10% of by-catch of the total landing.
