This Order amends Order No. 105/2018 on permitted animal species to be caught in the period 2018-2021 and related seasons, processes and other constraints. Amendments establish that during the 2019/2020 season, except for wild boar hunting through the waiting method, hunting is not permitted on land within the perimeter line of the area covered by the two major forest fires that took place in the counties of: Mação, Sertã and Vila de Rei, as well as in a 250-meter protective strip surrounding it, as per map disclosed under paragraph 5. In 2020, the associative and tourist hunting areas, whose land is covered by the provisions of the preceding paragraph, shall be exempt from the payment of the annual fee referred to in paragraphs c) and d), respectively. The above mentioned exemption shall be calculated by ICNF, I. P., according to the area covered by paragraph 9 (on 1 January 2020) and advertised on its website.
