Order No. 303-A/2016 amending Order No. 230/2014 establishing the enforcement regime of Action 3.2 "Investment in agricultural holdings" and action 3.3, "Investment in processing and marketing of agricultural products" of Measure 3 'Valorization of agricultural production', of the Programme for Continent Rural Development (PRD 2020).

This Order proceeds to the third amendment to Order No. 230/2014, as amended establishing the Application of Action 3.2, "Investment in agricultural holding" and Action 3.3 "Investment in the processing and marketing of agricultural products", both of Measure 3. 'Valorization of agricultural production', PDR2020. Amendments establish that applications that have obtained a classification equal to or greater than the minimum score needed to select the operations with budget allocation so that they are analyzed and hierarchized according to the selection criteria and other related conditions.
