Order No. 31/2015 establishing the implementing regime to apply the action No. 3.1 for "young farmers" under the PDR 2020.

This Order, consisting of three Chapters and two Annexes, establishes the implementing regime to apply the action No. 3.1 for young farmers integrated in the Measure 3 Valorisation of agricultural production of Area No. 2 Competitivity and organization of production of the Rural Development Programme for the Continent, abbreviated by PDR 2020. It aims at the following: promoting the renewal and rejuvenation of agricultural enterprises; promoting the agricultural sector to young investors and investments, supporting land acquisition, transferring of knowledge and market participation. In addition, it specifies the beneficiaries entitled to benefit from this supporting programme as follows: young farmers (18-40 y.o.); legal persons in form of a limited company with agricultural activity in the corporate purpose, led by young farmers partners who manage and hold the majority of the social capital and individually own more than 25% of this capital.
