Order No. 313-A/2016 establishing the implementing regime for action No 10.3 "LAG cooperation activities" of the Rural Development Programme in Continental Portugal, PDR 2020.

This Order, consisting of 22 articles divided into four Chapters and three Annexes, establishes the implementing regime for action No 10.3 "LAG cooperation activities" integrated in Measure 10 - LEADER, of the Mainland Rural Development Programme, abbreviated as PDR 2020. The purpose of the support provided for in this Order is to enhance, develop rural areas and consolidate their economic and social fabric through cooperation, As an instrument that enhances diversity and heterogeneity of these territories. The support provided for in this Order includes the following operations: a) Preparation of inter-territorial cooperation projects; b) Preparation of transnational cooperation projects; c) Development of the inter-territorial cooperation project; d) Development of the transnational cooperation project. The Order is divided as follows: General provisions (Chap. I); Cooperation activities of LAGs (Chap. II); Procedures (Chap. III); Final provisions (Chap. IV).
