This Order approves the Regulation on the Protection System Fund to combat Climatic Changes (SIPAC). The Regulation consists of 4 Chapters and 5 Annexes establishing: plant species harvests involved in the aforementioned Protection System (chap. 1); Disaster Fund (chap. 2); Compensation (chap. 3); Final provisions (chap. 4). Annexes specifies requirements, plant species, and conditions to be satisfied to benefit from this Fund.
