Order No. 320/96 amending Order No. 809-C/94 (approving assistance measures concerning agricultural exploitation) and revoking Order No. 81/95 of 30 January.

This Order amends Order No. 81/95 (art. 60(1)): financial assistance, granted by the Ministry of Agriculture, Rural Development and Fisheries, shall be guaranteed by subsidies for 65 percent of the total costs, or for 50 percent if it concerns the acquisition of equipment.
