Order No. 34/2018 amending the enforcement regime of operation 3.2.2 «Small investments in agricultural holding», and operation 3.3.2, «Small investments in processing and marketing of agricultural products», both of measure 3 «recovery of agricultural production» of the Mainland's Rural Development Programme (PDR 2020).

This Order establishes the third amendment to the enforcement regime of operation 3.2.2 «Small investments in agricultural holding», and operation 3.3.2, «Small investments in processing and marketing of agricultural products», both of measure 3 «recovery of agricultural production» of the Mainland's Rural Development Programme (PDR 2020). Amended articles 6, 7 and 10 are replaced by the following matters concerning: tax requirements regularized before the tax administration and social security, without prejudice to paragraph 7; Applicants' requirements for support operation 3.2.2, «Small investments in the agricultural holding», must also fulfill the following conditions: a) Being the agricultural holding owner and carry our the registration in the Parcel Identification System; b) Having a turnover or direct payments with a sum equal to or lesser than EUR 100,000, in the year preceding the submission of the applications. The conditions laid down in paragraph 1(f) and paragraph 2(a) may be demonstrated until the date of acceptance of the grant, when the applicant has not carried out any activity yet, etc.
