Order No. 386/2000 repealing Order No. 486/99 and authorising up to 11 boats to perform dredge-fishing activity within North-Western areas.

This Order repeals Order No. 486/99 and authorizes 11 boats dredge to perform dredge-fishing activity within North-Western areas delimited to the North by the territorial sea and to the South by the parallel of 'Pedrógão' (39º 55' 6'' N.). Fishing activity is authorized five days per week, from monday to friday. Each boat must not exceed diary quota of seven bags 30 kg. each of surf clams; three bags 30 kg. each of other bivalve molluscs. A log-book must be filled specifying: trawling times and places. Landing must be done in the 'Aveiro' and/or 'Matosinhos' harbours.
