Order No. 402/2015 establishing the action enforcement regime of "Innovation and Knowledge" of the Mainland Rural Development Programme (RDP 2020).

This Order, consisting of 3 Chapters and 3 Annexes, establishes the action enforcement regime of paragraph 1.1 "Operating Groups" of measure No. 1, "Innovation", integrated in area No. 1, "Innovation and Knowledge" of the Mainland Rural Development Programme, abbreviated to RDP 2020. The above mentioned support aims to: promote the establishment and operation of operational groups within the European Innovation Partnership for Productivity and Agricultural Sustainability (PEI AGRI) for solving specific problems or taking advantage of opportunities faced by agricultural, agri-food and forestry sectors; the development of operational groups of pilot projects and development of new products, practices, processes and technologies involved in producing new knowledge, accessible to all interested parties. The support provided, for the operating groups of the forestry sector, are granted on the terms of Part II, Section 2.6 "Aid to cooperation in the forestry sector" of the "Guidelines of the European Union for state aid in agriculture, forestry and in rural areas 2014 -2020" in relation to the activities listed in subparagraphs a) and b) of paragraph 316 of the Guidelines, and after approval by the European Commission of this regime.
