This Order, consisting of 14 articles, establishes training and examination procedures for the achievement of hunting licence and the licensing to use and carry firearms for hunting activity. This Order aims at regulating the procedures dealing with mandatory training provided for in the legal regime of weapons and ammunition, approved by Law No. 5/2006 of 23 February, and Decree No. 932/2006 of 8 September. In particular it deals with: the course of technical and civic education; the theory testing; the theoretical examination on the legal framework of hunting activity and practical examination of the training course on technical and civic education.
