Order No. 488/95 regulating the production, importation, marketing and use of veterinary drugs with immunological action.

This Order approves the Regulation for the production, importation, marketing and use of veterinary drugs with immunological action. It is not applied for veterinary drugs originated by micro-organisms or antigens originated by animals. It is composed of 11 chapters laying down the definition of every veterinary drug and specifying the requirements for obtaining the IPPAA authorization for producing and trading such drugs, duration of such authorization, use conditions, etc. and 2 Annexes (Annex 2 is divided into 4 Parts dealing with the tests on security and efficiency to be carried out on such drugs).
