Order No. 55/2022 approving the model of the Fisheries Document.

This Order approves the model form of the Fishing Document issued under the provisions of article 44 of Decree-Law No. 73/2020 of 23 September, on the legal regime for performing the professional activity of commercial maritime fishing and the authorization, registration and licensing of vessel or boat used in said activity. The Fishing Document is signed by the representative of the competent entity entitled for its issuing, depending on whether the reference port of the related vessel or boat is located on the mainland or in the autonomous regions of the Azores or Madeira.
