Order No. 578/94 establishing temporary assistance regime to the development of aquaculture sector.

This Order establishes a temporary assistance regime (from 1994 to 1999) to the development of aquaculture and mariculture sectors. It lays down the Regulation for such activities, specifying the requirements to be satisfied by these fish breeding centres. It also prescribes requirements for obtaining financial incentives, obligations to be met by beneficiaries, etc.
