Abstract
This Order creates approves the Regulation for crop insurance and compensation claims, integrated in the Protection System Fund to combat Climatic Changes. This Regulation, consisting 3 Chapters, estabilshes all the requirements to be satisfied in order to request a financial compensation for agricultural harvest destruction due to natural event or disaster caused by climatic change.
