Abstract
This Order regulates wine must fermentation practises, in particular of unripe grapes. It consists of 2 articles specifying information to be done to competent authority concerning wine must quantity and date of beginning of such operation. It also prescribes sanctions to be paid by offenders, according to Decree-Law No. 28/84 of 20 January.
