Abstract
This Order regulates the using of additives in food for human consumption (according to Decree-Law No. 192/89 of 8 June). It consists of 11 articles dealing with the requirements to be satisfied by food for human consumption, specifying their foodstuff standards and responsibilities of competent authority (CATA) for carrying out controls on such products (requirements for additive's labelling, marketing, etc. It also lists in annex every authorized additives to be used according to the different food.
