Order No. 90/2018 amending Order No. 188/2016 on the implementation regime of support 8.2.1 «Management of Hunting Resources» and support 8.2.2 «Management of Aquatic Resources», both of which are inserted in Action 8.2 «Management of Hunting and Hunting Resources» of Measure 8 «Protection and Rehabilitation of Forest Settlements» of the Rural Mainland Development Programme (PDR 2020).

This Order establishes the third amendment to Order No. 188/2016 of 13 July, as amended by Order No. 249/2016 of 15 September and No. 46/2018 of 12 February, which establish the regime for the application of support 8.2.1 «Management of Hunting Resources» and support 8.2.2 «Aquaculture Resources Management», both of which are inserted in Action 8.2 «Management of Hunting and Hunting Resources» of Measure 8 «Protection and Rehabilitation of Forest Populations» of the Mainland Rural Development Programme by PDR 2020. Amendments deal with several matters, including: promotion of biodiversity, resilience, environmental and social value of forest areas, through improved management and management of hunting resources and aquaculture of inland waters; all types of fisheries management, integrated process of collecting information, such as: analysing, planning, consulting, deciding, allocating resources and formulating and implementing aquaculture and fisheries resource management measures to ensure the continued exploitation of these resources, as well as conservation or restoration of biodiversity and the status of bodies of water; etc.
