Abstract
This Regional Decree, consisting of 5 Chapters, establishes structure, composition and functioning of the Regional Council for Agriculture, Forests and Rural Development (CRAFDR). CRAFDR is an advisory body of the competent department of the Regional Government in agriculture, forestry and rural development sectors, established with the objective to contribute to formulating the baselines of action in the sectors of agriculture, industry, related activities, rural development and forestry, ensuring the right of public participation, dialogue and cooperation with entities and regional organizations.
