Regional Legislative Decree No. 22/2004/A reclassifying the Regional Natural Park of “Ilhéu de Vila Franca do Campo”.

This Legislative Decree, composed of 17 articles and two Annexes, reclassifies the Regional Natural Park of “Ilhéu de Vila Franca do Campo”. It indicates the specific objectives, namely the protection and valorisation of natural resources, developing actions aimed at protecting flora and fauna. Moreover, it defines the limits of the protected area, the managing institutions, the forbidden activities and the activities subject to authorization. Finally, the Legislative Decree rules on the sanctions and related monitoring authorities. The Annexes provide the borders and map of the Natural Reserve.
