Abstract
This Regional Legislative Decree creates the Regional Secretariat of Agriculture and Fisheries (SRAP). The Statute of the aforementioned institution consists of 4 chapters establishing that this regional administration shall be entitled to carry out the necessary actions to enforce regional policies on the agricultural, forestry, livestock, fisheries and food sectors.
