Abstract
This Regional Decree approves in the Annex the organization and management staff of the Regional Secretariat for the Environment and Climate Change (SRAAC), which are set out, respectively, in Annexes I and II. Changes in the structure of the Regional Secretariat for the Environment and Climate Change are accompanied by the subsequent transition of staff. The SRAAC is the department of the Regional Government responsible for defining and implementing the actions necessary to comply with regional policy in the following matters: a) Environment; b) Prevention, mitigation and adaptation to the effects of climate change; c) Sustainable development; d) Valorization and planning of the territory; e) Cartography, registration and geographic information; f) Protection and management of water resources; g) Planning, management, conservation and protection of natural and landscape heritage; h) Protection and enhancement of biodiversity; i) Waste prevention and management; j) Environmental inspection.
