Resolution of the Legislative Assembly of the Autonomous Region of the Azores No. 34/2022/A establishing an Extraordinary support to fishers' income.

The Legislative Assembly of the Autonomous Region of the Azores establishes, under the applicable regimental terms and under the provisions of paragraph 3 of article 44 of the Political-Administrative Statute of the Autonomous Region of the Azores, to recommend to the Regional Government of the Azores to: 1 — Create an extraordinary support for the income of fishers, as a way to minimize the impact of the pandemic on the sector, to which are added the increases in production costs, following the war in Ukraine and the current inflationary spiral. 2 — The support referred to in the previous number is based on the regional minimum wage.
