Abstract
This Resolution approves the National Plan for Air Emissions Licensing (PNALE), according to EC Directive No. 2003/87/CE. In particular, it defines the methodology and the criteria for issuing the licenses for emission of greenhouse gases to plants located within national territory as defined by Decree-Law No. 233/2004.
