Agreement between the Palau Maritime Authority and Federation of Japan Tuna Fisheries Co-operative Associations, National Offshore Tuna Fisheries Association of Japan, Japan Far Seas Purse Seine Fishing Associations and Federation of North Pacific District Purse Seine Fisheries Co-operative Associations of Japan concerning the supply of goods and services for the period August 1, 1987 to July 31, 1988.

The Agreement has been signed in anticipation of approval by the Olbiil Era Kelulau of the Memorandum of Agreement concerning fishing by vessels of the members of Associations in the fishery zone of Palau for the period from 1 August 1987 to 31 July 1988. Therefore, the parties agree that if approval of said Agreement is denied, then the Agreement on goods and Services shall become null and void. (Pls. see Memorandum of Understanding attached).
