Amendment to the Pesticides Regulations (Chapter 2401-33): General prohibitions and Miscellaneous.

Regulation 5 of the principal Regulations is amended so as to prohibit the use, storage and application of any pesticide inconsistent with the terms, conditions, provisions and management plants for any national, state or traditional conservation area, preserve or other protected area as established by law. A new miscellaneous regulation (47) is added so as to require all activities to which these Regulations apply to comply with the terms, conditions, provisions and management plans for any national, state or traditional conservation area, preserve or other protected area as established by law.
