Amendment to the Toilet Facilities and Wastewater Disposal System Regulations (Chapter 2401-13): Permit Required.

Regulation 10 of the Principal Regulations requires construction of new buildings to be authorized by the Board and to be in compliance with rules set out in those Regulations. This Regulations is here amended so as to introduce the requirement that all toilet facilities, individual wastewater disposal systems or public sewer connections subject to provisions of the principal Regulations shall comply with the terms, conditions, provisions and management plants for any national, state or traditional conservation area, preserve or other protected area as established by law.
