Abstract
The Environmental Protection Fee/Departure Tax Regulations implement the paragraph 3413(d), title 24 of the Palau National Code (PNC) related to the Environmental Protection Fee and the paragraph 1403(b) of title 40 PNC related to the Departure Tax. The Regulations include twelve articles that establish the entity responsible for collecting the Environmental Protection Fee and the Departure Tax, the amount of these taxes, and the processes to collect them.
