Abstract
This Order adopts 2010 Palau National Disaster and Risk Management Framework, 2016 Amendment, in its entirety. The President also orders all Ministers and the members of the National Emergency Committee to ensure that all plans and procedures are developed, tested, and ready for implementation during any national disasters or emergencies.
