Executive Order No. 415 to amend Executive Order No. 271 to clarify the organization of the Bureau of Lands and Surveys.

This Executive Order sets forth provisions on the administration and duties of the Land Claims Registration Section. In accordance with this Executive Order, the Land Claims Registration Section shall be responsible for registration of land claims applications, designation of areas, conducting surveys of claims by land surveyors, and development of an electronic organizational system including the updated inventory of all claims. Moreover, access to the information in this electronic organizational system shall be open to the Bureau of Lands and Surveys and its divisions, the Supreme Court, the Land Court, and the general public.
