Executive Order No. 419 Establishing a Monitoring and Evaluation Framework for the implementation of the 2030 Sustainable Development Agenda.

This Executive Order lays down rules for the monitoring of progress and effectiveness of implementation efforts, the integration of SDG implementation into national priorities through strengthened stakeholder collaboration and the national budget process, and the strengthened documentation of the National Government’s efforts in achieving national sustainable development objectives in line with national development plans and strategies. Data collection and reporting shall be carried out by the national government agencies and relevant stakeholders, including non-governmental organizations. SDG Working Groups shall be established by the Bureau of Budget and Planning for each SDG or thematic grouping. This Executive Order sets forth provisions on the responsibilities and administration of the SDG Working Groups.
