Executive Order No. 476 to establish coordinating mechanisms for the implementation of Marine Spatial Planning/or the Blue Prosperity Plan.

This Order establishes: (i) the Executive Committee for the review and finalization of all policy recommendations pertaining to the Marine Spatial Planning process, (ii) the Steering Committee on Science, Conservation, and Technical Matters to provide technical guidance on science with respect to resource valuation, use, conservation and sustainability, and (iii) the Working Group for MSP Implementation for the implementation of education and awareness measures and engagement with stakeholders. The Executive Committee is responsible for ensuring that the Working Group adheres to all relevant grant requirements while maintaining consistent progress to complete the work within the deadlines set by law and applicable grants.
