Executive Order No.401 of 2017 (Water Use and Conservation Policies)

The Executive Order No.401 of 2017 (Water Use and Conservation Policies) includes three articles. It first states that it is the policy of the National Government to conserve the use of water at its offices and facilities in the most cost effective and efficient manner within available resources. Secondly, it mentions that all National Government ministries, agencies, and offices shall immediately conduct water audit(s) to determine their current water usage in order to develop appropriate conservation measures to reduce their water consumption. Finally, it provides that all national government ministries, agencies and offices shall develop and adopt water conservation plans.
