Abstract
This Act lays down provisions on the registration of certain motorboats, including fishing boats, owned by residents of the State of Koror; display of identification numbers; and offences and penalties. The purpose of this enactment is to determine the type, size and class of the boats operating within the territorial sea of the State of Koror.

An Act to repeal, in its entirety, Koror State Public Law No. K2-33-89 regarding boat inspection, registration and licensure and adopt a new law complying with Title 7 of the Palau National Code.

This Act shall enter into force upon its approval by the House of Traditional Leaders of the State of Koror or upon its becoming law by operation of the Koror State Constitution.
