Abstract
This Act lays down provisions on the licensing obligation for all persons engaged in commercial fishing in the territorial waters of the State; seperate licensing for different fishing activities; licensing procedures; fees for commercial and non-commercial fishing licenses; prohibited activities; and penalties for the violation of any provision of this Act.
