Abstract
This Act provides for the establishment, powers and duties of the Port Commission of the State of Koror. The purposes of this Act are: (I) operating the Port Facilities located on lands owned by the people of Koror in the most efficient and technologically advanced manner, (II) improving the economic life and well being of the citizens of Koror, and (III) continuing supervision and review by the public to enhance the quality and efficiency of operations of the Port.
