Abstract
This Act amends Section 3.A of KSPL No. K6-99-99 to provide for a one year boat registration period, beginning with the date of actual registration, rather than requiring new registration in January of each calendar year, and Section 4 regarding the registration of motorboat whose state of principal residence is Koror and its annual registration number. It inserts sub-section C under Section 7 on display of identification numbers and yearly and monthly registration stickers.
