Abstract
This Act amends section 3.D.3.(a) of KSPL No. K4-68-95 relating to the fishing fees for any non-Palauan engaged in non-commercial fishing, prohibition of their engagement in fishing activities of any kind on land or improvements to land on the island of Koror, their obligation to carry out fishing activities from a boat or duly registered water craft, and the exemption of children under the age of 13 from fishing license requirements in non-commercial fishing.
