Municipal Ordinance No. 112-79 Koror Municipal Lands Authority.

This Ordinance provides for the establishment of the Koror Municipal Lands Authority to receive from the Palau District Public Lands Authority such public lands within Koror's geographical boundaries, either in whole or in part or by particular parcels, as it deems is in the best interests of the people of Koror. The Authority shall make such rules and regulations that may be necessary and proper to carry out the provisions of this Ordinance. The Authority shall have such rights, interests, powers, responsibilities, duties and obligations as may be granted to it by the Palau District Public Land Authority.
