Abstract
The purpose of this Chapter is to conserve fish in Ngerumekaol during the spawning season of groupers. No person shall kill, trap, capture, wound, possess, transport, restrain, or otherwhise have under his control any fish or any part thereof in Ngerumekaol between April 1 and July 31 of each year.
