Abstract
Palau shall have jurisdiction and sovereignty over its territory that consists of the Palau archipelago, the internal waters and the territorial waters. These shall extend to 200 nautical miles from the archipelagic baseline (sect. 1). The national government shall have the power to add territory and to extend the jurisdiction (sect. 3).
