Cabinet Decision No. 53 of 2014 amending the composition of the Living Aquatic Resources Committee.

This Resolution consisting of 2 articles aims at modifying the composition of the Living Aquatic Resources Committee established at the ministry of Environment under the Law No.4 of 1983, mainly (i) chairman is the Assistant Undersecretary of the Ministry of Environment for Agriculture and Fisheries Affairs; (ii) vice-chairman is the Director of the Fisheries Department at the Ministry of Environment; (iii) the Committee includes four representatives of the fishermen, who represent fishing areas, chosen by the Minister of Environment.
