Decision of the Minister of Municipality and Environment No. (106) of 2020 determining the toxic seeds, seeds and seedlings that are prohibited from being planted and entered into the State of Qatar.

This Resolution consisting of 3 articles and 2 Annexes aims at regulating the import and the cultivation of plant varieties in Qatar. It establishes that (i) some toxic seeds and seedlings, listed in Annex 1, are prohibited from being grown and entered into the State of Qatar; and (ii) some toxic seeds and seedlings that are used in the medical field, listed in Annex 2, can be entered or cultivated only with prior permission from the competent authority.
