Abstract
This Resolution consisting of 6 articles aims at establishing the Joint Committee for the Control of Human Food responsible for carrying out studies and research and collecting information on the following issues (i) food contraventions rejected by the Ministry of Public Health to find possible solutions; (ii) foodstuffs that do not have a national standard, and consider the possibility of relying on their specific standards according to international standards; (iii) food-related problems and control, and propose appropriate solutions; (iv) recommendation to amend the existing standards; and (v) allow the entry of foodstuffs in violation of certain conditions, provided that they are suitable for human consumption and not harmful to health, if it is for just one time and the importer gives a written declaration of not repeating it.
