Decree of the Minister of Public Health No.3 of 2014 on the packaging and supply of human food

This Decree consisting of 4 articles establishes at article 1 that all kinds of food packaging shall be in paper or plastic packaging or any other packaging material in accordance with the approved standard specifications. It is prohibited for manufacturers, distributors and retailers of all kinds of food, shop owners and those responsible for their management, to use polyethylene bags, newspaper sheets or other publications in the packaging of human food (art.2). Restaurants, cafeterias and cafes are prohibited from using cups, dishes or other items for food and beverage uses not conforming to approved standards (art.3).
